EBA-AI™ is a governed entertainment and intellectual-property business-affairs operating environment. Use is subject to authorized account access, applicable law, posted policies, and any controlling order form, subscription agreement, NDA, data-processing agreement, license, or other executed instrument. This page is a general Platform-use notice. It does not invent governing law, arbitration terms, fees, service levels, or transaction rights that have not been separately adopted or executed.
The Platform can organize projects, deals, submissions, rights, contracts, licensing, revenue participation, contacts, documents, and related workflow evidence. AI features provide drafting and decision support only. AI output is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, valuation, rights-clearance, compliance, payment-verification, or signing authority. Qualified professionals and controlling source documents remain responsible for conclusions and approvals.
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use only records and functions they are authorized to access. An application role is technical access authority; it does not by itself prove ownership, fiduciary capacity, trustee power, agency, attorney authority, signing authority, or the right to bind another person or entity.
Users may not use the Platform to violate law or third-party rights; bypass authorization; introduce malicious code; misrepresent identity or authority; disclose restricted information without authorization; manipulate audit evidence; or use Platform output to falsely represent that a legal, financial, licensing, rights, compliance, or payment conclusion has been independently verified.
EBA-AI™ branding, software, design, documentation, and other materials are subject to their controlling ownership and licensing records. Nothing on this page independently proves ownership of every component or grants a license to unrelated Trust or portfolio IP. Users remain responsible for having authority to upload or process their data and content. Rights in user content, generated output, feedback, and Platform materials are governed by the applicable law and controlling agreements; this general notice does not silently transfer ownership.
Any prices, plan descriptions, usage allowances, feature bundles, support levels, deployment options, or service commitments shown in the Platform are non-binding unless they are supported by an approved commercial record or incorporated into an executed order form or agreement. The current billing page records commercial interest; it does not itself charge a payment method, issue an invoice, activate service, or create a payment obligation.
A recorded deal stage, contract status, chain-of-title status, license status, revenue amount, investor-package status, compliance-workflow status, or AI result is an operational record—not an automatic legal conclusion. Evidence-gated workflow states are designed to preserve source references and human review, but controlling executed instruments and authoritative evidence prevail.
The Platform is provided subject to the deployed service configuration and applicable agreements. This notice does not create an uptime, uninterrupted-service, data-persistence, security-certification, error-free-output, or fitness-for-purpose guarantee. Specific warranties, service levels, support obligations, remedies, or limitations are governed only by applicable law and controlling executed terms.
Access may be restricted when authorized by applicable account terms, security policy, legal obligations, or governance decisions. Data export, retention, deletion, transition assistance, and post-termination obligations are record- and contract-specific; this notice does not promise a universal cancellation button, notice period, refund rule, export window, or deletion schedule.
Jurisdiction, venue, dispute resolution, liability allocation, indemnification, confidentiality, privacy obligations, subscription terms, and other legal provisions are determined by applicable law and controlling executed agreements.
