Access Governance

Platform Access Notice

EBA-AI™ · Moran-Smith Royal Family Trust · Updated August 25, 2026

Technical access is not legal authority. Demo access, production roles, confidential disclosure, commercial activation, and transaction authority remain separate governed states.

1. Platform Access

This Platform Access Notice describes the governed access model for EBA-AI™. Access may be provided for demonstration, evaluation, authorized internal operations, or commercial review according to the user's account role and separately approved terms. The historical /beta-agreement route is retained for backward compatibility; the Platform is not represented as a beta product by this notice.

2. Demo and Production Separation

Public demonstrations and demo_viewer access do not expose production portfolio records. Production modules require authenticated production roles and applicable row-level/data permissions. A successful access request or internal “approved” review state does not itself create an account, elevate a role, disclose confidential material, or execute a commercial agreement.

3. Confidentiality and Restricted Material

Confidentiality obligations are controlled by the applicable executed NDA, engagement, employment, platform, or transaction agreement and by authorized access policy. This notice does not create a universal three-year confidentiality term or substitute for a controlling instrument.

4. AI Decision Support

AI-generated drafts, analyses, reports, negotiation summaries, and other outputs are decision-support material. They do not create legal, financial, investment, tax, rights-clearance, valuation, compliance, payment-verification, licensing, contract-approval, or signing authority. Human review and controlling source evidence remain required.

5. User Data and Feedback

Users remain responsible for authority to submit records, prompts, files, and feedback. Rights in data, feedback, generated outputs, and improvements are governed by applicable law and controlling agreements. This notice does not silently transfer ownership or grant an irrevocable feedback license.

6. Service and Provider Status

Feature availability depends on the deployed Base44 environment and activated integrations. This notice does not promise uptime, provider continuity, backups, encryption specifications, certifications, support levels, data-export windows, or external integrations that have not been independently verified or contracted.

7. Commercial Review

Pricing and plan descriptions shown in EBA-AI™ are proposed commercial framework information unless backed by an approved commercial record or executed order form. The current access/billing workflow records interest for review; it does not process payment or create an automatic subscription.

8. Suspension and Records

Access may be restricted or terminated under applicable security, governance, legal, or contractual authority. Retention, export, deletion, transition assistance, and post-termination rights are controlled by the applicable records policy, law, legal hold, and executed agreements rather than a universal period stated here.

9. Governing Terms

Governing law, venue, arbitration, liability, remedies, confidentiality duration, and other legal terms are controlled by applicable law and authenticated executed agreements. This notice does not invent a California-law clause, Los Angeles arbitration requirement, liability cap, or other unverified legal term.

10. Controlling Evidence

Where Platform state conflicts with a controlling executed agreement or authenticated source record, the controlling source prevails. EBA-AI™ is designed to preserve that distinction rather than turn an application status into legal authority. Last Updated: August 25, 2026.
